We provide 150 lb of TUT Plate™ resistance however the TUT Trainer™ was cycle tested to much higher than that. The 150 lb of resistance is more than enough for the best athlete when performing explosive or uni limb training. We provide and extra 60 lb with the TUT Rower™.
We cycle tested the TUT Plates™ to over 12000 constant cycles without failure! In 2 years we have not experienced any broken TUT Plates™, however is some get lost we have other packages for sale.
